Deco Industrie SCPA

Our organisational model for the prevention of crimes pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01

We have integrated our organisational model with the section aimed at preventing crimes and areas of risk prescribed by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. The supplementary section corresponds to the points outlined in the Confindustria (General Confederation of Italian Industry) guidelines.

The starting point, in addition to the clear assignment of responsibility and the areas and limits of the work of employees who have a role and autonomy in carrying out activities, is the ethical code, which sets out the system of values. The latest version of the Ethical Code of Deco Industrie can be downloaded in PDF format.
