We are organised to manage incremental development projects, driven by Operational Marketing and radical development projects resulting from external scouting.
The first of these areas, product development, is aimed at constantly increasing the real and perceived value of the products offered.
The second area, closer to research, has been formed with excellent partnerships (universities, clinics, experimental stations, scientific-technological parks).
For both areas of activity, the field of investigation starts with raw materials and leads to what is offered to the market in terms of consumer goods and services. The entire design process is carried out in order to optimise the needs of the channels served and offer quality products that meet consumer expectations.
