From kneading to palletizing end products, this production unit produces more than 60 million packs a year of products including: the festive line (Colomba, Panettone and Pandoro cakes), biscuits (classic shortbread biscuits and egg-and milk-free biscuits) and bread substitutes (crispbreads).
